How does Power Broadband compare to fiber?
Speeds from Power Broadband can be just as fast, and even faster than fiber connections - as high as 1Gbps!
What can I expect for installation?
Our professional technicians will arrive on time, work quickly and safely to connect your home or business to our service. We promise to always leave your space cleaner than we found it. All technicians must pass background checks before being allowed to perform installations as customer safety is our #1 priority
Do I need a router?
In order to have a WiFi network that can be access by your phone, tablet, etc. you will need a router. If you don't have one, our technician can provide you with one for a small monthly fee
How does payment work?
After scheduling an installation, we will call you to collect your payment information which will be used to cover any installation fees, equipment deposits, and monthly fees. You can change your method of payment at any time by emailing us at
Can I book an installation and know exactly when the technician will arrive?
Yes! Simply book the appointment time on the day of your choice. Our technician will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time - no more waiting on installers for hours!
Can I change plans after installation?
Yes! Just email us with your request and we can make it happen within 24hrs. Your then current bill will be updated and pro-rated with the new plan's associated pricing.
How much bandwidth do I need?
While everyone's needs are different, a good rule of thumb is to add 15Mbps per streaming video device (TV or computer), 2Mbps per connected device (i.e. Alexa, smart thermostat, connected security camera, etc.), and 5Mbps per connected computer. Smaller households can get by with our "Basic" Service and almost any household will have plenty of bandwidth on our "Fast" plan.
Are your plans "unlimited"?
Yes, all of our plans include unlimited data and usage!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, ACH drafts and PayPal

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes! We are all about being customer-friendly. While we may have some specials from time to time for commitments of a year or longer, our standard pricing includes the flexibility to cancel at any time for any reason - you just have to schedule a time for us to uninstall and collect the equipment!
Do you charge an installation fee?
Most installations will come with our standard $49 installation fee and require a $50 equipment deposit, the latter of which will be returned to you when you cancel service and return all equipment.

Yes! For every referral you make that ends up being a customer, you will earn a free month of service.
