Auto-Pay Policy: All accounts will be enrolled in auto-pay using the card the card on file unless specifically requested by the customer in writing.  The auto-pay card can be updated at any time by emailing cameron@powerbroadband.com

Cancellation Policy: All customers must contact Power Broadband via phone or email to cancel service.  Cancellation will be effective upon the final payment of any outstanding balance and the retrieval of all equipment.  As long as there is no outstanding balance remaining and our technician can retrieve all the equipment without issue, the cancelation date will be effective the day after you make the cancellation request.
